Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is sent to the 'Printing' stage. Once printed, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in case of technical errors from our side (e.g., wrong material used or incorrect size printed by machine). Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.
